SuViche, South Florida’s innovative Peruvian-Japanese concept and Pisco Bar, is pleased to announce the launch of its all-new 2018-2019 Features Menu available at all SuViche locations. This special menu is introduced annually and includes incredible new options crafted by Suviche’s renowned Executive Chef and partner Jaime Pesaque and the collaboration of other talented Suviche chefs.
SuViche’s Features Menu introduces seven new dishes, all inspired by the restaurant’s Japanese-Peruvian roots. Starting with the new Ceviche Verde, an incredibly refreshing dish made with jalapeño-cucumber infused SuViche Peruvian sauce, avocado, onions and canchita. Specialty sushi rolls include: The Spicy Salmon Roll made with spicy salmon, mango, topped with avocado and crema de Aji Amarillo; the already popular Truffle Roll, made with spicy salmon, avocado, carrots, soy paper, topped with truffled yuzu and SuViche pepper sauce.
Tuna lovers can indulge in a unique sushi - the Tataki Roll, which features mango, avocado, cream cheese, jalapeño and topped with tuna tataki, lomo sauce and SuViche pepper sauce. As if the rolls couldn’t get any more creative, SuViche is introducing the Jalea Roll, the sushi version of the traditional Peruvian Jalea, made with camote, red onions, topped with chicharron de pescado and salsa criolla; now that’s a culinary sushi mind bomb!
Larger dishes such as the colorful Causa Saltado, features crispy panko breaded causa paired with choice of chicken, shrimp or steak saltado, while the Salmon Nikkei stacks seared salmon on a bed of mixed quinoa and vegetables with a flavorful rocoto pepper vinaigrette.
