An Interview with Saucy

Published April 12th, 2017 by Sstahl

We all know and love SuViche. Whether you are enjoying lunch, an afternoon snack, happy hour or dinner, its sushi, ceviche and Peruvian specialty’s always hit the spot for all crowds. But what about spicing up your next event with SuViche catering? Recently, we had the chance to sit down with Saucy, the fish himself, and ask him about SuViche catering.

SuViche Lovers: Saucy, we know you are a social guy and always like to WOW your guests. Can you tell us about some of the events or parties SuViche has catered for you?

SAUCY: Whenever you’re entertaining, whether it’s in the office or at home, the food and quality of the food make a huge difference. As you mentioned, I always like to WOW my guests! As soon as I start planning a gathering or meeting for ten or more, I call SuViche Catering! At work, I use SuViche catering for staff meetings, board meetings, employee appreciation lunches, and client/customer happy hours in the office. I like to entertain in my condo as well, and use SuViche catering for friends and family birthday parties, baby showers, wedding showers, soccer (or as Peruvians say “futbol”) watch parties, Sunday Funday pool parties, and fundraising happy hours.

SuViche Lovers: Wow, seems like you are calling SuViche a lot for catering! Can you tell us how the catering menu works?

SAUCY: Sure. You have three catering options: One of a Kind, Mix and Match, or SV Platters.  One of a Kind is for a minimum of 20 people and you choose from only one category: starters, tiraditos, ceviche, tasteful specialties, or sushi. Mix and Match is for a minimum of 25 people and allows you to offer guests more options, such as sushi and ceviche or ceviche and tasteful specialties. Platters are for a minimum of ten people and easy for smaller gatherings. The great thing about SuViche catering, they always accommodate to your needs and any special requests!

SuViche Lovers: We’re sold. How do we place an order?

SAUCY: LOL! That’s great! The easiest way is to email my friend, Ana Sofia, at catering@suviche.com. She is really great and can work with you to make sure your party or meeting is perfect!
